We travel by campervan. Second visit for us. Again, a wonderful and warm welcome by Giorgio and the family. We ate at the restaurant and spent the night in our campervan. Excellent food and wines and great surroundings. You really have to check this place out. You won't regret it.
We recently had the pleasure of revisiting Agriturismo Rupestr, and once again, it proved to be an absolutely beautiful experience. From the warm and welcoming nature of Giorgio, who always greeted us with a friendly smile, to the exceptional quality of the food and wine, our second stay surpassed our already high expectations.
Giorgio's culinary creations continue to be a highlight of our visits. The meals are prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, resulting the flavors that never disappoint. We can't help but mention how much we adore Giorgio's exceptional wine.
Our room with private balcony was spacious and very comfortable. Having a private balcony provided the perfect spot to enjoy the view.
In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Agriturismo Rupestr without hesitation and we eagerly anticipate our next visit.

We didn't know what to expect since Michael was hooking us up with "his family friends".
But we had only experienced decent food so far in Piemonte and had been pretty disappointed in the cuisine overall (not for lack of trying, trust me).
This was the best meal we had by far, and I felt like we were in someone's home and being served by family.
No menu, just a 6-7 course lunch, each dish better than the next - - homemade ravioli plin, homemade gnochhi, veal, Guinea hen, you name it. An absolute feast and for 2 people with wine, 85€.
Get yourself up here for a meal! And the views! Man, the views.
We only came here for lunch on our way back home. Giorgio is fantastic, so many stories and experiences, the agriturismo is in an idyllic spot with a great view over the vineyards.|We had a wonderful time there and a great lunch.

Wonderful stay piemontese style!
In the heart of Asti situated, this agriturismo with its very piemontese patron Giorgio is a pittoresque original.
If you want to have the experience of warm hospitality and very good rural piemontese cuisine then you have now a place to go!

I won't use much words to recommend this place. Just take your campervan, drive to Rupestr, park it near the winefields (and spend the night), enjoy the wonderfull sixcourse meal, taste the wines and listen to one of Giorgio's stories. Simply lovely.
